Brief Testimony of Salvation & Baptism:

Steve: I was saved in 1984 at the age of seven.  I was led to the Lord in the office of the Pastor of First Baptist Church of Pasco, by Pastor Paul Durham.  I prayed and asked Christ to forgive me of my sins and accepted Him by repentance and faith.  I was baptized two weeks later at the First Baptist Church of Pasco.

Ruth: I was saved at the age of eight in Chiapas, Mexico.  I was led to Jesus by my Mom after Sunday School and was baptized in a river in Mexico a few weeks later by my Dad.

Brief Christian Service History:

Steve: I have been an active church member ever since I was saved at the age of 7.  In Bible College I was active in the bus ministry, soul winning ministry, nursing home ministry, and street preaching ministry.

Ruth: I was born and raised on the mission field of Mexico as a third generation missionary kid.  I have been active in Christian service since I was saved at the age of 8.   My passion in ministry has been working with children in the bus ministry.

We have been missionaries in Mexico previously for 15 years.

Original Field of Service:  Queretaro, Mexico.  We worked in Queretaro for 12 years. We were able to start Iglesia Bautista Victoria en Cristo, and the church was averaging 150 in attendance when we left to begin a work in Nevada.  We have seen many conversions and baptisms throughout our ministry. We have also worked in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, and Ixmiquilpan, Hidalgo.

In 2015 God led us to come back to the United States.  We started Victory Baptist Church of Fallon Nevada. Over the past 4 and a half years the church has grown to 60-80 in attendance and is a solid work.  We have left this Church in good standing under the leadership of the head Deacon, Glen Stralo, in obedience to the call of God.

Our Mission Vision, Goals & Ministry: We are 100% fundamental. We are dedicated soul winners. We are separated and independent. Our desire is to fulfill the Great Commission by winning souls to Jesus Christ, baptizing them and teaching them to live for God. We will plant fundamental, old fashioned, independent, New Testament, soul winning BAPTIST churches in the areas where we will work, with the intention of training Christian servants, teachers, preachers, and workers.
